The building was new and clean. Most of the staff were nice. The location was a bit far away from the city center but little distance to the uni. The only thing that annoyed me over the year was the laundry room… Expensive, dirty, with lots of broken machines:( Apart from that, it was a great stay:)

Lovely place for students to live!!! especially for who study in the University of Southampton. I have lived with Hampton for 2 years, it only took 15min walk to the campus and even quicker for taking a bus. Additionally, the staffs in the reception are nice, always easy and safety to take parcels which is really importance during Black Friday ahhh~ The room & bathroom also very nice, although not too big but new and clean!

Great facilities, and some friendly staff. However, there is plenty of staff that are more concerned in activities outside their job, during work hours. Makes communication hard when issues in the dorm arise.
