Really disappointed with the level of service. Having gone for a service, I pointed out areas that were causing issues. Don't think they even got looked at as I had to go back less than a few days later with exactly the same issue. To then be told it was going to be over £300 and it was quite a serious issue... I worry about how the original service was done and exactly what was checked apart from just emergency lights. I honestly hardly ever put bad reviews but we have even had to go back again for a third time as the problem is still not fixed and they didn't offer any apologies or discount as it was their mistake. I just feel an acknowledgement of their mistake and owning up to what happened would be appreciated. It would have been a bill of £700 but I took the car out of there this morning and will go elsewhere as my faith has gone in their services.
