Very poor customer service today! I asked for a pair of jeans in a certain size and length. Got given a pair from out the back and was advised and assured that they were the size I needed. No-one bothered to measure the inside leg. I wonder why? I decided to pop back in before going home with the trousers as I suddenly thought that actually one of the ladies could have bothered to measure them for me in store. Especially as I had explained the jeans were going to be sent to someone who would potentially be disappointed and we'd have the hassle of return postage as well as returning them to the shop. It turned out they were way shorter than I had needed them to be and the sales assistants had made an error. I was not happy to be told 'no refund, only credit note which would expire in a month' (!). I hadn't even left the high street with the item! No facility whatsoever apparently to give a refund, even in a situation like that. I was also told that apparently there are never any faults in the products they sell so no need to ever give a refund! Amazing! Can't try clothes on there any more either, because of thefts. So sad that you can't recognise an honest customer when you see one and be more customer friendly. I was impressed with this shop when it first opened. Not impressed by the sharp practice and rudeness I encountered today. Manageress needs to learn some people skills when speaking on the phone too. Won't be returning.

A beautiful charity shop with the most amazing displays and extremely helpful staff. And if you are yet to visit you won't be disappointed and I fail anyone that won't leave without something lovely to wear or to enhance there home

Great shop for the aid of the disadvantaged…. Sarah the manager is fantastic and is very caring and an efficient individual. Kudos to ALL staff here. Do not take my word for it…… take a visit 😁
