Avoid using this company. Showed up for my daughters birthday 50 minutes late despite calling me the day before to double check all details and ensure me what time they were going to arrive. The management were very rude when we tried to negotiate a reduction in price after their late arrival. They also operate as Jump N Play and Best Bounce. If I could give 0 stars I would.
