  We had a new kitchen fitted by Carlito’s at the end of Feb and can not express how professional they are. We were given an itinerary of the whole process and the team that would be fitting our kitchen in, from Fitter/Electrician/Plasterer & Plumber along with all their contact numbers. From the onset they were friendly and professional and tried to keep any disruption down to a minimum. They always left leaving the area clean&tidy and kept to the schedule, we did have a little delay but this was due to the kitchen supplier not Carlito’s, Jane constantly chased the company and kept us up to date and as soon as the items arrived were straight round to fit them We are delighted with our kitchen and the standard of finish and would not hesitate in using them again. So yes we would fully recommend them, it’s nice to work with a Company that sole aim is to meet their customers demands and turn their ideas into reality.

  We are very happy to recommend Carlitos, having had them install our Wren Kitchen and Utility. Wren used state of the art computer design by trained designers and a virtual reality system to show how our kitchen and utility would finally look. Carlitos undertook a detailed second survey which also resulted in an asbestos survey which was all clear. Our old units were removed and Carlitos sent in their Electricians and Plumbers who were very efficient and put in new pipework and electric sockets and a new Fusebox. Then Carlitos plasterers made good the walls and the ceilings were re-painted. Greg from Carlitos, who was very good at his job, then installed our kitchen and utility appliances and units. During this time new flooring was put down. The electricians and plumbers returned for a second fit to connect the appliances and sinks. Next Wren installed quartz kitchen work tops and removed all of the old units, appliances and builders waste. Finally the plumber returned for the final fitting of the taps and gas hob. This was a major project and had various snags to remedy, but Jon and Jane at Carlitos bent over backwards to resolve these issues and were in near daily contact. The result is a completely up to date kitchen and utility as the pictures show.   Carlitos did a great job with our Wren kitchen installation. The kitchen fitter, Mark Woodrow, was extremely professional and worked really hard to make sure everything was exactly right. Carlitos also sorted the plumbing and electrics that were needed prior to our kitchen being fitted as well as the plastering of the walls. Very pleased with everything they did and the customer service they have given throughout.

  We are delighted with our new kitchen, supplied by Wren and installed by Carlitos. Carlitos were highly recommended to us, and we would similarly recommend them to others. From their initial survey, the quotation process, pre-installation preparation, and the installation itself, Carlitos were communicative and responsive and, at all times personable and helpful. The lead installer Greg did a great job. He took pride in his work and wanted to delver a high quality result with which we would be completely happy. His attention to detail was excellent. As with everyone in the team, Greg was polite and friendly and always prepared to answer questions and queries. The plumber, electrician and plasterer all worked to a similarly high standard and were also polite and friendly. As with Greg, they clearly had the customer's best interests in mind. The Carlitos office team were just as good as the installation team. During the installation they were in touch on a regular basis and very responsive to our queries or concerns. Their liaison with Wren regarding replacement items was good, as was their quidance to us re contact with Wren. Joe, Jane, Donna and John were all helpful at various times and, as our main point of contact, Jane was so friendly and helpful. In summary, Carlitos combined a quality installation with a friendly and responsive approach - excellent customer care. As a postscript I would add that Carlitos acted very promptly to rectify a problem with the new dishwasher. The problem was not of Carlitos making but they were still happy to fix it (within 24 hours).
