What can I say but outstanding!!! In February 2023 we walked into Carmelinas very nervous as not only upset obviously but unsure what to do as myself and my husband have never arranged a funeral before. Everything went so smoothly and she was so supportive with the insurance waiting times,Carmelina also sorted out flowers for us, at a really good cost as we forgot due to my mother in law been in hospital. We could not make this up but two weeks later my mother in law lost her battle with her illness and we was back again,using Carmelinas services again we could not fault her. Thank you for everything we could not have got through all of this without you all.

Carmalina arranged and did the service for my sister on Friday 3rd march 2023 and it was beautiful, we couldn’t of asked for anything more, nothing was too much and she was very caring and professional, all the staff were,including Jayne who I met on the day of the funeral as she was in the hearse. The whole planning of the service was made easy by carmalina as me and my brother had never had to do anything like this before and wasn’t sure what we were looking for really. We had a few comments on how lovely the service was by Carmalina. Thank you so much for your care and professionalism and also think the price was very fare and cheaper than other places but still had everything we wanted for my sister xxx

Big thanks to Carmelinas funeral care,( Shipley)they gave a very professional, courteous, sensitive and compassionate service to us all following the passing of my dad, ( Derek Garnett) walking us all through the process and what to expect with respect to local authorities, ie death certificate. Whilst its a sensitive subject, I would highly recommend them.

I honestly didn't know where to start in arranging my dads funeral but Carmelina and team are absolutely fantastic. I found Carmelina, warm, welcoming, kind, caring and extremely personal. She led a brilliant service and the aftercare received was really nice also. She really got to the heart of my dads personality and this shone through in the service. She was very light hearted and we even welcomed a good giggle from the guests. People commented on what a 'Good' service it was afterwards, which was really nice to hear. I would Highly recommend this company to anybody looking.

Thank you all so much for yesterday. I attended the Celebration of Life of my good school friend at Scholemoor and was really touched by the service from start to finish. Special mention to the lady who conducted the service. The horses were amazing. Just beautiful.
