Highly recommended. I found the perfect car online and when speaking to the guys at cars hub instantly felt comfortable purchasing from them. They described the car accurately to me and answered all my questions. They helped in areas to make buying a car and getting on the road easy. Thank you babar and the team for all your help I am sure I will be back again in a few years.

I bought an Audi A4 from Cars Hub (UK) Ltd on 10/10/2022 for £4,999, one owner from new, Audi FSH. After I’d paid for the car I was told there was no V5. I had to pay at a Post Office so couldn’t insure the car for a few days. A few days after purchase the engine management light came on, I had it reset, it happened again a few weeks later, was a faulty sensor. The gas struts that support the boot collapsed on me, so I replaced with new ones. In Nov' 2022 the passenger footwell filled up with water where two drainage grommets along the bulkhead hadn’t been cleared. Issues with the front tyres were caused by after-market rim protectors that had been fitted, I ended up getting tyres replaced with 65-70% tread still on them and the rim protectors removed, cost £277. In Dec' 2022 paint started bubbling up around the OSF wheel arch, a few weeks later this was very noticeable, there was rust blooming all round the arch, it started happening on the NSF arch too. I took it to a garage, they said that front wings had been badly repaired; to fix and guarantee would mean replacing wings, quoted £900. I contacted Cars Hub via their website on 9th Feb' 2023 to complain, and to make it clear that I was unhappy about the car starting to rust, I received no response. Over the next three weeks I contacted them via the AA Approved Dealer website, their website, email and signed for Royal Mail at their registered address and at the homes of their two listed directors Mr Babar and Mr Shah, seven times, they ignored all attempts at contact. I spoke with Mr Babar by phone on 2nd March and asked why he’d not responded to my contact attempts, he hung up on me. I complained to the AA Approved Dealer scheme. After AA intervention the dealer accepted liability for body work on 7th March – in the interim I’d had to replace a failed wheel bearing at just over £240, an all four wheel arches were now bubbling and rusting. I arranged to take the car to the dealer’s chosen body shop on 17th March, when I arrived there was nobody there to take charge of the car, body shop owner could not be contacted, nor could anybody from Cars Hub, a wasted journey for two cars of 240 miles each in total and around 4.5hrs. On 23rd March it was arranged I’d drop my car to the dealers premises at Hazeldene Farm, Asheridge Road, Chesham, HP5 2XD. When we arrived, there were no signs up for Cars Hub, nor an office. The lady who runs the tack shop at the entrance to the farm, had no knowledge of them being on the farm. We found a garage/body shop further along the lane and spoke with a man called Benny, who knew Mr Shah. We spoke with Mr Shah by phone he was supposed to meet us at 11:30 – he said he was not available as he was showing a car to a customer and wouldn't be back for 60-90 minutes, but that we could leave the car there. On 4th April I collected the car from D&A Body Repair in Watford. The car had been parked on a mud bank outside the farm, the driver’s door opening into a hedge, the driver's footwell was full of mud, and there was mud all up the inside of the door. When I got home, I heard a ‘clang’ as I pulled up on to the drive. One of the rear exhaust heat shields had collapsed on to the exhaust on the drive home, it’ll cost around £120 – 140 to fix. I complained once more to the AA pointing out that there doesn’t appear to be any sign of Cars Hub trading at that address, and that the quality of repairs undertaken is not satisfactory, and I provided photographs to that effect. Throughout, neither Mr Babar or Mr Shah have personally apologised or even been present. On 18th March I’ve been told that Cars Hub will no longer continue with mediation via the AA, and my only option is to take legal advice. I’m out of pocket about £800-900 allowing for repairs, and a lot more when allowing for time off work, and three 200+ mile round trips. I thought trading standards had stamped out rogue traders like this years ago, and that being an AA Approved Dealer had meaning - I sincerely hope that the AA review the suitability of this dealer to be ‘AA approved’.
