I can't recommend Catalyst 14 enough. I enjoyed every minute of studying my Foundation Certification in Transformational Coaching and I am already investigating the potential of studying the Diploma course. Both Liz and Janey are calm, measured, magical and inspirational coaches. If I ever manage to coach to even 10% of their standard, I will be happy. After many years in senior positions in business I was looking for a coaching training provider to learn some basic coaching skills and was introduced to Catalyst14. It was obvious to me from the first meeting that the learning opportunities they presented offered so much more and I chose to undertake their Diploma in Transformational Coaching course. The course was rich in useful content and the faculty were briliant. The way in which they structure their sessions online and in person delivered great learning experiences. The process they operate to assist with EMCC accreditation is also highly valuable. I joined the cohort for the Diploma in Transformational Coaching in October 2019. I found the course excellent throughout including the seamless transition from a mixture of group sessions and online learning to online only due to COVID restrictions. The course is challenging, provocative and reflective and has made me appreciate the benefits of coaching and how far we can challenge ourselves. The collective support of all the Catalyst14 team was superb and I would highly recommend the course.

I recently completed Catalyst 14’s Facilitative Leadership: an advanced facilitation skills course, and can not recommend it highly enough. It has given me the confidence and tools to take on new challenges, as well as giving me insights into what other facilitators are doing when attending other courses and events. I found its content useful in an amazingly wide range of situations from when I actually facilitate something, to every day meetings, asking my self new questions about how to get the most out of these situations for everyone involved. For me the course keeps giving, opening up new understanding, as I watch and learn from others, and my own forays into this world. Having an understanding of the purpose of some task on a course, allows me to step back and ask, could I use something similar? The dynamic between Damion and Janie Van Hool, who delivers this course with him, is brilliant, they are very different characters but it is a joy to watch them work together and see how they co-facilitate the training. – a master class in itself. Between them they create an incredibly safe space to learn, try things out, and grow. What is truly great is the environment they create is such that everyone on the course is supportive and wants everyone else to succeed. The best recommendation I can give is to say I am already planning on going back for more.
