Having seen Jenny over a number of years for my own therapy, I frequently recommend her (and the Human Givens approach) to colleagues and clients. The therapy style is open, clear and honest - most importantly it helps me to feel better after each session with homework to solidify the work. Therapy isn't always easy, but Human Givens is well worth trying.

Whether you require professional supervision or personal psychotherapy, I cannot recommend the York Human Givens wellbeing centre more highly. I have been involved with the centre for over 8 years now, in a professional capacity as a supervisee and as the recipient of personal counselling. I can honestly say, it has inspired me and enhanced the quality not only of my life but those around me. Gail and Jenny were truly inspired the day they set up "shop" in Bishopthorpe Road!
