It was mended on the spot and this helped me avoid an expensive port replacement had I taken it elsewhere. Thank you, it pays to use local shops for the best customer service .

Having visiting the shop recently, a soundbar caught my eye, and I noticed the box was slightly open. I thought I would have a look at it to see what it looked like, but then I changed my mind and put the box back and even folded the box back up properly, even though it was out in the first place. The Mr behind the counter was on the phone at the time, but once his phone call was finished, she come round and said to me in a rather rude manor, Did you just open that ?. That put me off and I wont ever go in the shop again. Not great customer service skills. I said no, and just said by. Wont be returning or recommending.

Absolutely 1st class service ,took my device in to be fixed ,a Sony Experia mobile phone with a completely obliterated screen . It was explained to me that it would possibly following day before it was ready. Anyway ,just over an hour and a half later I got a call to tell me it was all done and I could pick it up . Can't praise them enough.
