I bought two Charles Green diamond wedding rings eight years ago at David Summerfield and initially we were very happy with the purchase, move forward a couple of years and the diamonds start to fall out. When the third diamond fell out, I was told the ring shouldn't be worn all the time, great advice for a wedding ring. Each time a diamond falls out we're now charged £120 for the repair. My wife has collected it on 23/12/22 for the fourth time.
