They asked me my requirements, pictures of what color inhad in mind, discussed the output before starting. Theyre very efficient in time management and before every step explain the process . Cancelled my appointment via text message after claiming they were not confident with dealing with my hair after receiving a text from me in regards to how I wanted my hair coloured.
