Had the worst experience here. From the moment we were seated they advised an hour and half table time. We ordered tea which took half an hour to come despite being so quiet. Staff drinking behind the bar. 3 members of staff came to place an order for drinks? We received a shisha after some time and within a few puffs it was ashy. The manager reluctantly changed the shisha but we had the same problem again. We voiced this, the manager was unimpressed. Advised us it's because there's too many coals. Said he'd take it off and it would be better. But no because it was already burnt! Duh! We advised we will just finish our tea and go, the manager said he'll bring us another shisha. Bare in mind almost an hour had passed now. We wanted to leave as it was a total waste of time. And the manager tried to insist full payment from us when we didn't even get to enjoy a smoke! Lol!!! WHAT A JOKE. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Terrible service and they can't even get a shisha right after 3 attempts! Pathetic.

Cabano Lounge now ~~ Nice atmosphere and food vibe Food is decent and place is generally nice they use savacco shishas which look very nice but don't smoke great. Overall decor is very nice but that's really where the lounge lacks as the shishas aren't brought with fresh coal and the shisha maker was offended when fresh coal is requested he did bring them but the smoke isn't as thick. For people who only come for the shisha maybe rethink everyone else your calm to come here. Have fun peace ✌️

I liked it here because security was pleasant. The staff were fairly efficient and helpful. They have really warm heaters( I get cold really easily so this was a plus) I didn’t struggle with parking. I didn’t try food as I came for Shisha-which was great. A good place to visit on the weekday evenings.
