Our dog has been attending Charlie's Place for Day Care for many months now and we could not be happier with the service they provide. The facilities are fantastic with a large, enclosed outdoor area for the dogs to run around in and also an indoor area. But the main thing is the staff... Our small rescue was nervous and anxious at a previous day care and that never changed. However after just a few days at Charlie's Place she loved it there. She is eager to get in when we drop her off and runs in with a smile on her face to see the staff who she has bonded with. It is always a pleasure to interact with Toni and Emily at drop-off and pick-up. The staff here really get to know your dog and this allows them understand your dog and ensure each dog has the best time according to their own personalities and needs - and that's what makes Charlie's Place special.
