First time I have had my nails done. Lovely nail technician. Took around 45 minutes. Very pleased. However, if you are a new to this, beware of the smell of monomer/acetone as It is strong and having had an email conversation with the owner, she assured me that all the health and safety procedures are in aces regarding ventilation. Was absolutely appalled at the way I was treated as a new customer by the actual owner!! I have previously had my nails done here only twice and the other young lady always very polite! Booked for shellac and was told she only had 15mins!! So couldn’t do them! Only remove what was on there already by them!! And charged me £8!!! Would Never return here now!! No manners at all - And very embarrassing in front of other customers too! Disgrace and floors were filthy too! Service: Manicure
