Unable to process transcripts to redeem exemptions, customer services do not reply to emails! Now considering changing to another qualification such as ACCA or ICAEW to qualify as accountant as CIMA don't process transcripts or respond to anything. After reading the reviews many other students are also redeem any expansions to continue on and complete the CIMA Professional Qualification. SEE ACCA or ICAEW CIMA do not respond to any calls emails or communication.

I am sad to say that I am an associate member of this institute and the level of service they offer is almost non-existent . Never return your calls or get back to you with an answer. Have to call them at least 3 times to get anything resolved. Very poor customer care !!

Customer services is like something out of a different era - chat box is always busy - strange systems architecture is there no wait option? and despite having a contact phone number when you ring it you get request to email - but they are open to answer between 9 - 5 GMT and then you are hung up on - the mind boggles
