I recently used Cheke & Co for a Homebuyers survey on my first home and had such a great experience. From my initial enquiry they were responsive with giving details of costings and what their services included etc and made it really easy to understand what I was paying for. The report came through surprisingly quickly following the visit and was very detailed but clear, the surveyor was also kind enough to answer some follow up questions I had. I have recommended them to a couple of my friends/colleague and will continue to do so!

I had a homebuyers survey carried out a few weeks ago and was very impressed with it, a few issues were raised in the survey which I believe has saved me thousands of pounds in the long run. Excellent communication, prices competitive, friendly and helpful office staff - a special mention should go to Heather for being such an efficient liaison when handling the booking and subsequent admin. My survey was carried out within a couple of days of me calling to give them the go ahead and Alex was very thorough with the inspection. He made himself available for beforehand so I could give him an overview, for a debrief after the visit and again once I received the report to explain a number of queries I had. I was able to get through to him easily and he didn't try and rush the conversation. I was in a particular hurry to exchange contracts and at my request Chekes were able to pull out the stops and get the detailed survey report back next working day which I was very grateful for. The report was well presented, easy to understand and thorough. Great service from great people, I would have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Chekes.
