I went to chez gerrard yesterday and I've got to say how wonderful the service was. My hair is very long so wanted around 4inches cut off it and then some colours. I am so pleased with the results. I absolutely love it. The staff were very helpful and listened to what I wanted done. They were so kind and treated me wonderfully. I even had a back massage chair whilst I was having my hair washed. I came home feeling stress free with beautiful hair. I cannot thank you enough. Olivia did my hair and shes fabulous. Thankyou all again. This is a fabulous place with lots to offer from haircut, barbershop, nails salon 💅, makeup, massages, and eye lashes extension. Furthermore, we were greeting by all members of staff with a smile, and a positive attitude to help, which made us feel comfortable. Moreover, at the back of the shop there is a spacious room with enough windows to let through the natural daylight, and where you can see some amazing hairstylists in action. My overall impression of this place is very friendly, they really do care about their customers because we felt very welcomed and looked after. 😊👍🏾

My daughter had her ears pierced this morning. The two ladies who done them were brilliant with my daughter put her at ease straight away. It was done so quickly as two ladies done one ear each. My daughter came away buzzing and was so happy with them. I would totally recommend this place to all my friends.
