I asked for help with my 10year olds behaviour and I've called numerous times. Twice I've been let down and they've not turned up to see me at home. I'm still waiting from over a month ago. Seems the only way you get immediate help is if you have beaten your child. Absolutely useless service. Fed up of waiting and calling and waiting again.
