I would like to thank the wonderful staff for their customer service I took in a ring for repair the lady was so lovely explain detail what needed to be done & the cost I was happy to leave my ring with them the lovely lady explained it would be two weeks at the time that was absolutely fine until coming up to the 2nd week I got the call to fly back home a dear friend was very ill which broke my heart I called the jewellers explained I needed to book a flight back home urgently they could not have been more understanding making phone calls to have my work completed so I could book my flight they kept me well informed of what was happening I can't thank them enough I will definitely return should I want to purchase any items of jewellery. I must apologize that I didn't catch the lady's name what I can say the lovely lady had short platinum hair glasses with a big smile. 10/10 for total professionalism.👍

Went there this morning to have a watch which I bought there repaired, was served by a Grey haired woman with glasses, she was so UNHELPFUL, walked out bewildered, don’t want to see her or the shop again, good riddance.

Took a digital watch in for a new battery I waited for over a week to get it back to be told it wasn’t just the battery but something in the workings and they couldn’t repair it. I was going to throw it away but being sentimental I tried opening it myself to see if it was possible to repair only to find that the battery hadn’t been replaced and when I put a new battery in it it works, a bit of wd40 and it’s as good as new.. not impressed.i don’t think they even took the back off.
