They have stopped doing the vegan burger, but the staff didn’t know what was in the non-chicken nuggets or the non-fish dish. They suggested the halloumi burger instead!! She said she would find out what was in the ‘fish’ dish, but she didn’t. When I asked if the f. cakes were home made or the horrible flat grey frozen ones, she said she didn’t know as she had never tasted one, but she knew they were round!! Why don’t the staff who take the orders know enough to answer questions from customers? It isn’t like they have vast menus that change all the time. You can’t see the menu because it’s on a digital screen which scrolls to adverts all the time. We ordered 2 large chips and 1 regular, but they were all the same size. Thankfully they were very nice. The fish was cold (but was cooked well and the batter was good). The final straw was when they forgot to include the pie I had ordered. I couldn’t be asked to go back. The shop is nice though and there is plenty of space to park. Am not going back though!

The quality of food is up there with the best around. Sadly, it isn't coupled with the service you'd expect from anywhere delivering such quality food. Whilst they aren't the most friendly or outgoing bunch, they do work fast and efficiently, even at times the shop is swamped.
