I,ve rang Doncaster Citizens advice too many times to lose count, with no reply. I,m disabled and need so help and advice, but it's impossible to get through to them.Absolutely rubbish, ignorant, unhelpful and try another charitable organisation. Shame on them. Mr Amos Vernelen.

no person responsible what he writes on them side Internet to complete do not agree from reality people who there they work Nope they have clue why they work there they don't even know what citizen advised I showed the person with whom I spoke my health record she didn't even bother to look she wanted to write a note as soon as possible for next week's meeting just what do I need it for why like they have no idea what they are doing when you ask for an interpreter because I'd like to understand better answer we have no translator And only in English Yes, I can too, but I don't want to make my situation even worse woman with whom I was talking she said translator they do not have Even for an appointment I know you have to ask for translations in advance that's why I asked for it today but the woman said that they don't

I'm sorry, but the state never helped me at all. When I live here in Doncaster with nothing. and when it comes to good Citizen Advice business it comes from London it carries from Barnsley but there is none in Doncaster. otherwise the office is officially closed. I personally closed your company on google maps. Google thank me for that !!!
