Can not believe my appointment for cut and colour was cancelled 48hours prior to appointment due to expired/invalid skin reaction test. I was not offered just the cut or even offered to pop in for the test! I live 2 minutes away. This should have been checked at booking stage. These are high end priced appointments but handled below premium service. After my regular stylist left I decided to stay loyal with a new stylist but it has not been rewarded. I’m totally gobsmacked by the cancellation
