I visit this shop frequently and think it’s absolutely great, massive variety and great prices. Sadly I have just come out of the shop having been stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes with 3 young members of staff (2 boys and 1 girl) stood behind the counter the whole time. We were completely ignored whilst they were joking and messing around with each other behind the till while we were standing waiting right in front of them, then the 3 of them left the counter and continued to ignore us. Finally one of the boys came over to us and served us with no customer service skills at all (no asking if that was all, have a good day, thank you or anything). The 3 of them were incredibly rude to be messing around in front of customers rather than doing their jobs and serving people who were waiting. Still enjoy the shop but these 3 staff members ruined it for me today. Very disappointed

Absolutely love this place, large variety of items and always a good range of stock. Fantastic prices and deals, there is a wide selection for all age ranges! Staff are fantastic very kind and always helpful and always go out of their way to ask if you need help with anything. They is also a big range of lego and electric devices aswell a baby nursery items. Highly recommend!

After failing to secure a PS5 online this morning, I called the York store to see if they had any consoles. I was told that it was still possible to pre-order in store. Raced over to the store (25 mins) only to be told that they didn't have any allocation, as the online and in-store allocation is taken from the same stock. So frustrating 😫.
