Went to get 2 initials on my pendant, he stood there sending emails the whole time, took 30 min. When he done the first one it was the wrong size and looked awful. He went to do the second one and was just about to do it in the front of the first one before I stopped him. No apology, paid for the first one and told him not to bother doing the second.

My wife bought my silver necklace in for a solder repair and was instead sold a new clasp despite there being nothing wrong with the old clasp and the replacement was not a good fit , when I confronted him he said my asked for the new clasp (she didn't) and when asked for my old clasp back I was told it had been thrown away. I'm not in the jewellery business but as far as I'm concerned if you sell some one a new item you should also return the part replaced as it is the customers property. Will not be going back here and will be telling people to avoid . A five minute conversation with the owner and I'm sure you would feel the same.
