We were initially concerned about how he would respond at his first appointment to the dentist, but Dr Mostofi was quite soothing with him and had a peaceful and understanding demeanour about her. Excellent experience right away. When I initially stepped into the clinic, I thought it was absolutely spotless and well-designed. The entire team was outstanding. My appointment was scheduled over the phone by a helpful staff member with experience. I was welcomed at the office by a receptionist who was exceedingly welcoming, gracious, impressive, and accommodating. Dr. Mostofi saw me and immediately made me feel at ease. He was fantastic; he was kind, considerate, reliable, and sorry. He also explained everything clearly, involved me in the decision-making process, and completely and sincerely informed me about my treatment options.

When I need an emergency appointment, they always offer me one, generally the same day. My mother was treated by Dr. Mostofi, and she has never been happier. I had a hole in my wisdom teeth, and after hearing from a few dentist practices that they would not be able to fix it without surgery, I was forced to join a waiting list. Due to Covid, I am aware that there is a major backlog, but because of my excruciating pain, I didn't want to be added to four months waiting list. As a result, I looked into this clinic. A week or so later, I was given a consultation, and Dr. Mostofi made the removal of my wisdom tooth happen very quickly.
