I have been a patient with MCR for 3 years now, and honestly I've received the best treatment ever, but recently it just became so annoying, 2 weeks for an emergency appointment is way too far from a professional place like it use to be. So sad to leave a place like this

had no trouble getting an appointment, I wasn't told I would have to go and have a patch test and then return 2 days later. I had my HIFU just under a year ago...........I have to say it didn't work at all, no difference

Have to agree with a previous review, it was a nightmare to even get an appointment over the phone for a treatment purchased via group on. I felt the blonde haired lady carrying out the treatment to be ok, not very friendly. The treatment was painless but I don't believe you can get the right results unless more time is spent on it. You get what you pay for which isn't much.

I bought coupon for facial treatment( grupon) and I did try ring to arrange an appointment as it’s no option to do that via website. I did ring many times but it’s no answer whatsoever. Please think twice before purchasing any treatment in that place.
