To be fair to them, I had missed a few payments to a company for a car which had to be take off road, I didn't recieve any mail as it was registered to an old address for some reason and close brothers got in touch, I called them up told them when I could pay it (a few days) not a problem. Called up on the agreed day and paid the bill, easy as pie and wasn't spoken to in any other way but professional and courteous so yeah as far as paying money out to a company that I didn't get anything from lol they was really helpful.
