I have recently used cm rent to rent out my first property. Since the initial meeting right up until they moved a tenant in last week they have been exceptional from start to finish. All of the team are always happy to help, nothing is too much trouble, Lettings is not an easy industry however the team know their stuff and have advised me on all correct compliance etc and have made it as ‘stress free as possible. My advice to any landlords thinking of using CM Rent to manage a property would be to double check that the inspections are being carried out on time and ask for a full report with lots of photos of your property. Our recent experience has not been good, they charge a lot of money for doing very little. Communication is poor. You will need to keep on top of them.
