We used Michael (CMH Catering Ltd) for a birthday dinner party at our home and were not disappointed with his services. Ahead of the event he was attentive and always replied in a timely manner on any questions we had regarding the booking. We were given 3 options for each course, which we were then able to choose 2 of for the night and we were very pleased with our choices. The food he produced in our home was absolutely delicious. The main course options of either lamb or pork were what you would receive in a 5* restaurant. You could tell the products were fresh and the recipes had been given great thought. The tarragon mayonnaise on our chicken terrine starter was amazing. Michael and his waitress Erin, were friendly and professional and a delight to have in our home. They gave us an excellent yet discreet service, allowing us our own space to enjoy our party. He left our kitchen spotless on departure, leaving nothing behind but lasting memories.
