Co op is amazing. From the first time to having a look around the nursery with Hayley to now Hayley being my daughters Key worker she has been amazing and so understanding with my daughter. I started my new job when my daughter started nursery so it was double stress for me and the regular messages and pictures on the parent zone app has just kept me at ease. Thanks to everyone at Co-op especially Hayley :)

Just like every other first time parent you are nervous and worried about the thought of someone else looking after your baby. The staff at coop are fantastic, they are genuine, caring, friendly and I can see already in over a month they have created a bond with my daughter. She comes home happy, bubbly and talkative you can see shes had a nice day. The staff keep you posted about what's going on and the app they use is super handy helps me keep track of how shes doing instead of calling every few minutes. The staff make you feel reassured and are happy to help with any questions I ask. Considering my daughter goes full time you do get a lot for your money. I am very grateful for the support they give us for childcare and would recommend for anyone else to try them!

Having visited a number of local nurseries we fell in love with the Finchfield Nursery at one of their open days. The fact that our son whos 1 warmed to the staff straight away was a good sign... he hadnt done that anywhere else. The nursery layout itself is open, spacious and well maintained. The staff are warm and welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble. The Parent Zone app is fantastic in enabling us to keep in touch with how our son is getting on and this is updated at every session with pictures and notes. The team have done a fantastic job in helping our son to settle in and he absolutely loves it. Would definitely recommend.

This is the second nursery my son has been to and it is brilliant. They are always very helpful andI love the app to give feed back. My litte one has come on leaps and bounds since starting here. I love the outside space and they get outside as often as then can. The meals they serve are really good and my little one really enjoys his food at nursery.

Absolutely love this nursery. Both of my daughters started here as 11 months old babies and went all the way to preschool. They have been well cared for and have learned an invaluable amount. The preschool room is especially excellent with fantastic attention to detail. I also love the app they use to communicate daily with parents and allow parents to send photos from home of achievements. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a trusted place to leave their children. Fantastic.

My daughter has been at this nursery for just over a year and I am really happy with the quality of service and care. The staff are all genuine, friendly and professional and take the time to get to know the children individually and can talk confidently about their development. The activities are excellent and so is the food and menu. The feedback provided on the app is detailed and reassuring and gives you peace of mind. My daughter is very very happy and makes noticeable progress in the time that she spends there. I have already recommended the nursery to others and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again, it is great value and a positive and nurturing environment for a child to experience.

I love this nursery. I went to visit a fair few before we finally went to Co-op Finchfield and decided this was the nursery for our child. I was very nervous about my child starting nursery and with other nursery's less than appealing my anxiety of him starting at a nursery grew. This all reduced massively from our first visit back in January 2020. Then covid hit and the start date was set back due to my work situation. The nursery kept in touch throughout and offered reassurance the whole time. Now my little one has been at nursery for a few months and loves it. In terms of development this has improved massively since joining and each day is fun and exciting. I enjoy the daily updates for meals, to activities and the pictures make me happier seeing how much fun they're having. I would 100% vouch for this nursery, staff are lovely, caring and very attentive, your child will be treated as an individual not just a number. Highly recommend, great value for money given the level of care your child will get.
