Having read the reviews on calls and my own doctors having issues stocking the implant I was concerned I would have a headache so big I wished I was a boy. My call was answered after a 40 minute wait which being warned at the beginning I was 22nd in the que I expect. Dianne though was amazing, true joy to speak to and have a laugh with, and the angel has managed to get me an appointment in just 5 days time! We first thought it was May and I was chuffed with that just to get a set date and time. Thank you again! 👌

I had a brilliant experience today with two lovely ladies... unfortunately I forgot to take there names but they were really lovely made me feel so comfortable and had a little laugh whilst they were treating me I’ve had horrible experiences in the past with having needles but after today I’m a lot more confident.. Cancelled my appointment for some reason, said theyd make me a new one automatically but never got it. Tried to walk in but couldn't "monkeypox" .. Phoned up and said im booked for a telephone appointment which i was never informed of . If you reach the front of the queue on the phone they put the phone down on you! So annoying
