I came into the salon today for a balayage, with long thick hair I knew it wouldn’t be a quick appointment but 6.5 hours ( 9-3:30) is ridiculous. The girls were lovely but I cannot pretend to be happy when I’m not, I paid a lot of money and upon looking at my hair I’m left upset because there’s very little to no change compared to before and it’s not a step closer to my desired reference image, which I was excited to achieve. Disappointed and have wasted a lot of money, don’t go here it’s just as expensive and the wait times are shocking with no results. Avoid.

I have been a regular customer here for a few years. I have had foils regularly as well as hair cuts and styling. I have also had my 2 young daughter's hair cut here, one who has very thick curly hair. All the staff are friendly, helpful, and always polite and chatty - I regularly get my hair coloured and cut by Dani who always does and excellent job. I visited the Rowlands Castle salon today for the first time. I had acrylic nails applied and a luxury gel pedicure. Both the staff members were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They both clearly enjoyed their work. Their customer service and attention to detail was excellent. The salon was kept very clean and tidy and overall, a very pleasant place to visit. My experience was very relaxing and I was made to feel welcome and at ease. I’m looking forward to my next visit. I would happily recommend Coco’s Beauty Salon in Rowlands Castle. Thank you ladies. I had a facial today at the rowlands castle salon and I can say it was absolute heaven! It was very peaceful and welcoming! I even had a warm bed with an electric blanket, I didn’t want to leave! It was also very informative about my skin and how and what to do to keep my skin lovely and glowing! Thank you so much and will definitely be back for regular facials!
