Bill played an invaluable role helping me settle a very unsettled rescue dog. He came with a lot of fear aggression aged around 18 months having been badly treated by previous owners. While I am used to dogs, he was actually quite scary! By careful coaching of me via WhatsApp video I was able to learn how to respond to him and slowly, slowly my boy Biggsy came round and is now a delightful happy boy. So pleased. Bill is a great specialist and knows exactly what he's talking about. Thank you Bill!

We got in contact with Bill after rescuing our boy from Spain we assumed he had separation anxiety. The information Bill provided us with was mind blowing and in just the 2 hours he was in our home helped us to understand the signs our boy was giving us. We obviously have a way to go yet but in such little time we saw a change within our boy and are looking forward to working with Bill to help our boy to become the best dog we know deep down he’s meant to be Thank you Bill

We have recently adopted a young dog who is still really a pup. Dave hadn’t had a great start and struggled to find his forever home but the rescue agency thought we were perfect for him and so did we. He has fitted in fantastically with us and our other dog but we noticed some anxiety and aggression, it was very temperamental and unexpected. He could just change at any time. We were put in touch with these guys and we spent a lot of time on the phone discussing things. I was amazed that what I thought I was doing right, was actually doing more harm than good for Dave. They explained things in such a fantastic way about Daves behaviour and why he acted like this. I was shocked that what I was doing was encouraging his behaviour rathe me than preventing it. These guys have really opened my eyes about the right way to do things and really thank them enough!!

Bill has helped me with my Spanish Rescue dog. She appears to have been untrained and unsocialised so it has been a learning curve for me and the dog. Bill has been very helpful helping me to understand her gestures and communications and how to work with this in the gentlest possible way. There is progress, slow but steady. Bill's advice has been invaluable.

If you are looking to learn more about your dog and building a healthy bond between you then look no further than Bill. Bill has been able to translate a lot of behaviours in my dogs that I couldn't read, offer tasks that help deepen our bond and create calm and relaxation for them. Bill's approach is almost forensic in terms of his listening and probing questions to get to the root cause of any confusions. Bill is truly amazing and takes the time to get a clear handle on how he can help. I look forward to booking a follow up session in the coming weeks.

I spoke to Bill on the 21st April 2020, i had just adopted a dog that i wanted to make sure i give her the best chance at living and staying in her new home, She came to me with what seemed like very little training, i also have another dog that she was going to have to get used it. Bill was very knowledgeable, offered me great advice on various concerns i had and has offered to hold some video call lessons to help me on my way. So far i am very impressed and Bill was very knowledgeable! he even corrected a few things i have been doing with my 6 year old Staff that made total sense!

I have two mature dogs and recently due to a failed adoption decided to foster and then adopt. Ziva who is Spanish Mastin crossed German Shepherd, she’s 7 months old and weighs 37kg. We have all sorts of problems from managing the dynamics stopping barking getting some attention to even get Ziva to pay attention long enough to know what I was asking. Last night Bill came to visit, within 2 minutes of his arrival we saw a different dog, she fell in love and knew she could trust him. She was calm and when she got excited we were taught how to help her and the other 2 dogs. I was amazed and in those two hours learnt more than I have in the 40 years of being a dog owner. Obviously it’s a work in progress I still have a lot to learn and Ziva needs to be taught be me. Thank you for restoring hope that with some effort we can have a happy pet family and a stress free existence Thank you from all of us xx
