Beautiful conservatory was built however, unfortunately let down by the Admin/Contact side of things. Was advised incorrect details when it came down to planning permission from the office so unnecessary stress was had and is still ongoing. Also, a couple of things requested and put into the contract were incorrect when communicated to the builders by the time I found out, nothing could be done. Other than that though, very happy with the conservatory.

Had extension built, the lads on the job were great but we feel that the lack of communication from the office let the side down. We only heard from the office when a payment was due, the lads kept us informed of what was happening next. We also had to get our own plasterer to finish off as their plasterer didn't have time to call back

We have had a conservatory, 12 windows,2 stable type doors and a set of French doors, all fitted in stages over a number of years and would not consider going any where else, I always recommend them to friends and family as the price is competitive and the service is excellent, one or two minor issues with gutter brackets snapping due to heavenly snow but they were replaced and additional ones added without cost very reliable and have been trading for some time so peace of mind with warranty work.
