I was in today to get things started on a new bike and the staff went above and beyond. I chose one that I thought was a good fit for me but luke recommended a larger bike after seeing my height and he was spot on with the recommendation. I was told 2-4 days until all repairs were done and I could come grab it but just 3h later I got a call saying it was all set up. Can't say enough good things about this place and the staff. Luke was a massive help and even changed out the seat and pumped up the front tire more for me after hearing about my first ride. Cheap bikes, great repairs and hard working staff.
