Not a rating for the retirement home which is your off the shelf Mccarthy and stone flatted block with Glass balconies and communal rooms downstairs. This rating is for the fact that the site was previously home to a culturally important part of UK children's TV. An Itv studios (which has since been demolished) once stood here . Why is this 5 star worthy? Well, Cosgrove Hall productions who eventually became part of itv used the premises to create and film Dangermouse, Chorlton & the wheelies, Count Duckula etc. So there's a bit of 80's nostalgia for the neighbourhood.
