I had a box of 4 brownies posted to me Monday, notified both when they were posted and again for delivery time on Tuesday which I felt was most efficient. The brownies are huge and round so no dry edges. My grandson chose the Oreo one which he declared the best 'cake' he'd ever eaten, my daughter chose the Cinder Toffee which she loved and I went for the chocolate orange but oh I had saved the best until last -Junkyard! I have never tasted anything so wonderful These brownies in their individual packets look great, so beautifully decorated but taste even better, My first time of having cakes sent through the post but they arrived perfect and it certainly won't be the last time I order. I have find the perfect gift for cake lovers and I have to say very reasonably priced. Top quality, top customer service -who could ask for more?

I got my first delivery of tarts and mini cakes yesterday and I was delighted. My husband and I shared a coconut tart yesterday, wow! Yummy, and gone in seconds. Today I’ve sampled the bakewell, which is truly delicious. Bakewell tarts are my absolute fave and this doesn’t disappoint. The website is really clear on their delivery process and the tarts/cakes come well packaged. The order came with a labelled expiry date on each box, around 10 days from when you receive them. Which is ample time to indulge in a box and share them with loved ones. Thank you Costello’s for the tart and cake deliciousness, I am sure I will be ordering again soon.

I'm glad I found Costello's Bakery online. To start off, their website is easy to navigate so I had no problem finding what I want. Most importantly, I'm grateful to Louise and his team for the excellent customer service that they've provided. I wanted to surprise a friend and I am currently not situated in the UK, so looking for a cake shop was quite a challenge because I had to consider delivery schedule and some other things. They responded promptly to my queries and requests, and this made me feel assured that everything was being taken cared of. I appreciate the email updates I've received not only from their shop but also from the courier. The mini cakes and chocolates arrived today with no issues, and the person I gifted those to was delighted. Keep up the great work!
