An opportunity for those on a low income to access therapy. The staff are understanding and willing to patiently go through the application process. If you are considering receiving counselling check the theory behind psychodynamic therapy, how it is delivered and whether it would be helpful. It wasn’t right for me so the Foundation worked to find and suggest an alternative.
