I am appalled at the lack of communication one email confirming the order then nothing allowed the 14 days for delivery as wanted the scooter made, called on day 14 as nothing heard it was only sent on day 12 and delivery would have been on day 20 one day short of them having the order a month, asked for refund on the delivery and build £99 offered £25 refused and cancelled order then had to ring back again to request the confirmation of the cancellation. Maybe living closer would have helped. Also told originally this had gone do the delivery people on day 2. Today the refund should be back its not 5 phone calls today another 3 -5 days for the refund because they can't release it until they have the item from the supplier. Absolutely not my problem.
