Sold my salon with county sales business and my overall experience was very positive. I was attracted from the “no sale no fee”that it is NOT offered by everyone and by the realist/honest valuation of the business, also Darren was never pushy and made me make my mind up in my own time. I would highly recommend county business to anyone looking to sell or buy a business. Mark did our valuation when we wanted to sell our business he was very knowledgeable about the market and was very realistic about what price can be achieved for the sale, he explained the fee structure very well and was transparent about the costs, there was also no upfront fee unlike many other agencies who valued our business promising the world but only if you pay a huge upfront fee. Mark had a viewing for us almost every single week and was respectful and understanding that we wanted to do the viewings after trading hours. Finding a buyer can take some time and mark managed to find us 2 committed buyers after a few weeks and a 3rd potential buyer and then we went to best and finals with great advice on how to proceed. Once an offer was made Darren took over from Mark to close the sale, communication between my self and Darren was beyond fantastic. Darren often working well after hours and during weekends to make sure everything was on track and that everyone (buyer, landlords, everyone's solicitor) was being chased up to provide documentations in a timely manner and eventually we completed and sold our business.
