This business discriminates based on assumptions made about people- when I attempted to book a viewing, Beverley assumed that I would drop out of the process due to the status of my sale, despite the fact I made it clear that I would proceed with the rental in any event. Very concerning that assumptions are made without any factual basis- a form of client profiling. Avoid!

I went to see an Apartment to let in Hertford with Ms Beverly Myott and that experience was just exceptional. She made time to show each and every detail of the apartment with a bit of it's history even trying to point out any flaws in the apartment (which truthfully there weren't any) I could not let the amazing apartment as a house I had seen earlier came through but I can say I did feel very comfortable with the competence Ms Myott showed me with the place and can safely recommend County Lettings from the brief encounter that I had.
