We bought our van back in September 2021, but thought it was high time we wrote a review. We visited the showroom not really knowing if we wanted a LWB or a SWB, and Nikki was brilliant, she opened all the vans allowing us to look around on our own and at our own pace. After about an hour, the wife & I found one we liked. We took the van for a good drive, swapping over drivers so we were confident of being able to drive it on long distances to europe. Nikki was able to answer our questions, and a price was agreed. We arranged to pick the van up the following week, and had already planned our first trip away. Now this is where Coupe & Convertibles stand out from the crowd, there after sales service and care are second to none. We had a minor issue and contacted them, without hesitation they had the van back and were able to resolve the issue. We’ve since been back to Coupes & Convertibles and had a solar panel fitted, and again brilliant service from all the team. Would I recommend Coupes & Convertibles, yes I would. So much so that my sister visited them a few months later and bought a van from them. Thank you to all of the team, Nikki, Julian, Jamie & Shayne.

Wow 🤩 what can I say about Coupes and Convertibles that hasn’t been said before. We collected our VW Crafter at the weekend. Absolutely amazing service throughout the sales process with regular updates provided by Nikki & an incredible handover from Jamie & Julian. They all spent so much time going through paperwork & making sure that we understood how all the gizmos on the van worked. What a great team they are . Highly recommended.
