Work is fully quoted for up front and you know exactly what you are paying for. An excellent service. REPLY TO YOUR REPLY: Yes i have had a long and fruitless conversation with the service manager about this MOT. It is clearly not WORN SMOOTH - and at worst was an advisory. I also find it really hard to believe that a) you dont keep pedal rubbers in stock (this one fits Vitara, SX4 and Swift and probably more and b) the fact that the rubber you did actually fit has inconvenienced another customer who had ordered the part in especially - if you wanted to make me feel guilty it didnt work! Thank you for your reply - my first MOT failure in over 40 years....... NOVEMBER 2021 UPDATE> My car was in for its first MOT today. Its had three full services from yourselves, I really look after it, I checked it over at the weekend and in well over 40 years of car ownership have NEVER EVER had a fail. Today my Vitara failed its MOT on a worn brake pedal rubber. A MAJOR DEFECT - "anti slip provision worn smooth". The photo shows just how much tread there still is on the pedal rubber. OK an advisory perhaps - or even better (I was in the showroom) a heads up to the issue would have been appreciated. Its called customer service! It has left a very bad taste here - and I doubt I will be back for a future service or MOT. So now when I go to sell my vitara anyone looking up the MOT history will be greeted with a Major defect fail at the first MOT. THANKS A LOT! Either your tester was being very officious or perhaps needs a little training in customer service. My opinion of Coventry Suzuki has plummeted today. Very impressed with the service from Coventry Suzuki. They had a pre reg Vitara in stock that fitted our needs at a very fair price. The salesman (Darren Fursdon) was an absolute star. Very good advice, not pushy at all, very prompt to act when I needed to slightly change my method of payment and provided an excellent handover of the new car. Very impressed indeed and Darren was both very professional and also very funny. Thanks very much!

Have to give this garage a 5 star rating for there service , no pressure sales , very friendly and noligable staff especially Paul who managed our purchase of our 19 plate swift I found online for my wife we bought the car without seeing the car as it was over 100 miles away . Paul took the time to go outside and give me his honest opinion of the car so we bought our swift on his description of it and what a car it was and needless to HUGE HUGE brownie for me aw my wife was blown away when they delivered it to her place of work , well done suzuki Coventry highly recommend
