Had a phone interview with Fiona Lockwood booked, didn't receive a call from her on time so I called her 5 minutes after the arranged time, and had the interview with Fiona. Only Later to find out Craster's HR number is an 0845 number which is chargeable!! Was given no warning of this and took 30 minutes to complete. Terrible managment of time and bad customer values as all their other phone numbers are 0845 which are chargeable around 50p a minute to anyone wanting speak with them.
