Absolutely fantastic service with Crystalink. I first came across a gorgeous Morganite engagement ring here, it wasn't quite my style, but I knew then it was the stone I wanted. After searching round endless amounts of shops, we came back to Crystalink to see if they could custom make something. Chris happened to have a Morganite stone in his safe which was the exact size, shape and colour I wanted! He made a perfect engagement ring for me within a couple of weeks, and sourced the lab-made diamonds we requested to go either side. I am in love with my ring, and we also got our wedding rings from Chris. We never felt any pressure to spend more or compromise on what we wanted by the lady who served us, like we have in so many other shops in the area. I would definitely recommend Crystalink to anyone looking for great quality and fantastic customer service. Added since above - it turns out my hands must have been quite warm when having my finger measured and when collecting the ring, as I found it to be loose in the days after. I've since had the ring resized twice by Chris who has been nothing but accommodating despite my awkward request of half a size! It now fits perfectly and I again cannot recommend the service from Debbie and Chris enough!

I can't recommend this place highly enough. We were looking for a wedding ring to match my engagement ring and none of the other shops had anything suitable. Chris went above and beyond to create the perfect ring, made in the timescale promised. It is absolutely beautiful better than I could have ever expected. He listened to exactly what we wanted and took the sizes and the diamond quality from my engagement ring and matched it all perfectly. Having navigated our way around the jewellery quarter for the first time which was quite overwhelming we got in touch with Crystalink who, from the first phone call made me feel confident we had found the best people to create a special bespoke ring. Having seen gems from a number of jewellers the ruby that Chris sourced was in a completely different league to all the rest. With Debbie and Chris’ expert guidance we decided on the design and the result is the most beautiful ruby and diamond ring! With so many jewellers in the area it can be hard to find the right one but after doing a lot of legwork I can recommend Crystalink over the rest. If you are looking for expert, honest, friendly advice and decades of experience, without being rushed or feeling obligated in any way at any point the Crystalink team will deliver. For me, the superior quality of gem stones used and the fact that they make their jewellery in house, with the finest craftsmanship spanning 50 years makes them a trusted place I will now always return.
