1st time doing anything done to my hair, as it was my 40th I wanted to treat myself and have a change. I was very nervous (1st time getting a style cut and highlights) and conscious (suffer from psoriasis so have it on my scalp) but Lauren made me feel so comfortable and made the whole experience truly amazing. She knew exactly what she was doing and knew exactly what I wanted and made sure the results were achieved to my satisfaction.she also added in some beach curls at the end as I was going out for a date with hubby to celebrate and leaving kids with family after a long time. She made me feel like a princess and i would recommend her to everyone. I then had my eyebrows done by Gauri, usually when I have it done at other salons they dont understand my needs but Gauri was spot on and advised me on what I needed to do to get the look I wanted. Very bad place to work in, there are no incentives , the salon owner is very stingy , they exploit your role that you were originally supposed to do , everything is always dirty , no one cleans anything, no training is given. Your belongings are not safe as people go through your belongings. Management style is terrible. They also do not follow any legal legislations on employment.
