We are really fed up. If it was a 2year back I would have given 5stars but not now. The issues and problems keep piling up and no one is taking responsibility or trying to resolve.. basically no one is listening to us. 1.Bedbugs issues 2.Lift don’t work. (Lies- they turned it off) because it’s been almost 2months. 3.They don’t clean corridors 4.too many false alarms especially midnight and early mornings 5.water problem 6.working with scaffolds for more than 2years now and issue goes on and on
