We dealt with Clare and her team at the Epping branch. The made the very difficult circumstances go as smoothly as possible. From the very first meeting when we discussed the funeral, we felt that we were in capable hands. Clare was very patient, discussed the various options that were available to us, and never made me feel rushed or under pressure to make a decision. They were so empathetic to the loss we felt , and the family were very grateful for the caring manner, and respect and dignity shown to our beloved mother.

We had brilliant service from DC Poulton in Epping. Laura was the person who met with us to make the arrangements and selection of everything for the funeral. She was warm and compassionate, communicated clearly, and answered all of our many questions. We were very grateful to have her assistance! The funeral conductor, Martin, was lovely and friendly and ensured everything happened on time and that our Mum was shown respect during the funeral procession, the service, and the commital, and he also looked after the family during the services. We highly recommend DC Poulton in Epping.
