I had a new kitchen designed and fitted by stonehams kitchens of sidcup in 2010. This is a very well run professional company, Duncan who comes out and does all the measuring up and drawings is brilliant. Recently i had a problem with one of my wall cupboards, it was coming away from the wall and i had to phone for advice, The lady on the phone Kim was extremely helpful and said she would speak to Duncan who instructed a set of replacement wall brackets free of charge. Brackets arrived got cupboard of wall with help from a friend as very heavy, found the problem but could not work out how they fitted. Again rang Kim told her the problem she spoke to Duncan who immediately said they would send someone to fit. Fitters came had to modify back of cupboard to adapt new modified brackets by manufacturer fitted cupboard back on wall and adjusted all sorted. What good service some 13 years later did not charge me a penny would highly recommend Stonehams if you want a well made fitted kitchen service second to none well done Stonehams. Duncan is one of the highly talented professional I have come across in my life. He is spot on with customer requirement and goes extra mile with advices and innovations. They installed the kitchen recently at my property. Very flexible staff and good customer care as well with pretty much immediate response times. I have recommend to few of my friends. Absolutely Beautiful Product! Having worked around kitchen cabinetry for over 15 years covering all aspects from design to installation for very high end clients, I can hands down say this is one of the best products I have seen on the market today with a service to match. I visited the showroom recently and had a very informative tour of not just the showroom but the factory and production line in working progress. I would definitely recommend a visit to any skeptics. I never leave reviews but after reading a very unjust comment that definitely did not describe the company correctly it felt only right. Every kitchen was being made to order specifically for that customer. Beautiful product, fantastic service. Thank you.
